What you will do

• Participate in planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases of internal audits.
• Develop and execute ICFR test plans to assess the effectiveness of controls over financial reporting.
• Identify root causes and communicate results to management.
• Drive measurable improvements in processes by translating insights into enhancements.
• Partner with management to monitor the progress of recommendations.
• Collaborate with and educate process owners regarding the importance of maintaining strong internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Relevant work experience (1-3 years) including control identification, testing, and process improvement.
• Strong skills in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Understanding of business processes, financial reporting, and information technology audit and control frameworks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• MBA, CIA, CPA, or CISA or a desire to obtain an advanced degree or certification.
• Prior Internal Audit, External Audit, ICFR, or process evaluation and design experience.
• Experience with data analytics tools.
• Previous telecom experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.
