Salary: $249,000 - $316,000 annually (including bonus)

What you will do

• Develop and implement enterprise risk assessment processes and present findings to senior leadership and the Audit Committee
• Create and execute a risk-based annual audit plan covering operational and compliance audits across all business functions
• Coordinate with external auditors to optimize audit coverage and reduce disruption
• Partner with Legal and SOX Compliance on investigations and compliance matters
• Present audit findings and remediation progress to CFO and Audit Committee
• Advise on emerging risks, strategic initiatives, and business model changes

Requirements

• Location: United States
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 15+ years in internal/external audit or risk management with 3-5 years in senior leadership
• CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent certification required
• Experience in technology industry and public companies preferred
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks (COSO, COBIT) and SOX 404 compliance
