Senior Systems Specialist, FP&A (Fintech): Designing, developing, maintaining, and administering the EPM platform and related systems, focusing on enhancing financial planning, reporting, and forecasting processes. Focus on aligning application development with business needs, improving efficiency, and ensuring data integrity across platforms.

Location: Open to candidates across North America (US and Canada, excluding Quebec). If you are located near one of our hubs (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney), you will be expected to work in the office a minimum of twice per week on our designated Anchor Days.

Salary: $114,500 to $134,700 to $154,900 CAD.

What you will do

• Serve as the architectural subject matter expert for our EPM Solution (Pigment).
• Maintain FP&A integrations with connected applications (NetSuite, Workday, SFDC, Looker).
• Evaluate business processes and develop improvements optimizing the use of FP&A tooling.
• Manage user tickets, provide technical support and resolve bugs relating to our EPM Solution.
• Administer user licenses and permissioning for our EPM Solution.
• Document application development processes, procedures, and standards for use within the FP&A Systems team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and implementing EPM solutions.
• Proven experience in developing models for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Extensive experience in aligning application development with business needs.
• A solution-oriented personality with an emphasis on strong collaboration and communication among your partners and stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Extensive experience developing and administering solutions in Pigment.
• Prior experience working within or working closely with FP&A teams.
• A strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Experience designing systems with strong internal controls in mind.
• Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
