Salary: $225,000–$300,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Define and evolve the Product Infrastructure roadmap, building AI-native tools to improve developer velocity and platform reliability.
• Own and scale core application frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling to reduce cognitive load and cycle time.
• Establish and champion reliability practices including SLOs, observability standards, and incident readiness.
• Collaborate with product engineers, Cloud Platform, Security, and Data Engineering teams to align on scalable and secure platform standards.
• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on developer productivity and reliability.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near New York City, San Francisco, or Seattle with hybrid work schedule
• Experience managing and scaling high-performing software engineering teams with backend or infrastructure product engineering background.
• Proven ability to measure and improve developer velocity through tooling, frameworks, or process improvements.
• Strong skills balancing reliability, scalability, and speed in fast-paced production environments.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills to align cross-functional teams.
