Salary: $180,000–$220,000

• Recruit, hire, and mentor a world-class team of engineers.
• Define and execute technical strategy for ML training pipelines and data infrastructure.
• Partner with Research and DataOps teams to design and build end-to-end services.
• Promote rigorous engineering standards and continuous improvement of team processes.
• Transform cross-functional visions into detailed project plans and manageable roadmaps.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and growing high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong technical background in software architecture and implementation.
• Ability to drive technical decisions in a scalable, thoughtful, and pragmatic manner.
• Must be located in the US (or authorized to work in the US).
• Passion for AI, emerging technologies, and navigating startup constraints.
• Experience building and scaling complex infrastructure systems.

• Experience working in high-growth startups.
