Engineering Manager (Integrations): Leading the Integrations Platform team to build and scale critical infrastructure for app and access management with an accent on SDK development, ETL pipelines, and third-party system connectivity. Location: Remote (US only), with a preference for alignment within +/- 4 hours of Pacific Time.

Salary: $175,000 – $236,000

What you will do

• Drive the strategy and execution of the Integrations Platform, including acquisition pipelines, action capabilities, and SDK development.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of platform engineers while coordinating work with external consultants.
• Define and implement scalable integration practices that enhance developer productivity and reliability.
• Champion the principles of platform engineering to ensure high-quality system architecture across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver world-class third-party integration ecosystems.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 2+ years of proven people management experience in engineering teams.
• Strong background in managing Integrations or Platform Engineering functions.
• Expertise in building SDKs, developer platforms, or third-party ecosystems.
• Solid experience with ETL, data extraction, and handling authentication/rate-limiting for third-party APIs.

• Experience in an early-stage startup environment.
• Exposure to high-scale engineering practices at top-tier tech companies.
• Proficiency with modern integration patterns including GraphQL and event-driven architectures.
