Salary: In Alberta, British Columbia & Ontario the base salary for this position ranges from $120,000/year up to $150,000/year. For all other locations, the base salary for this position ranges from $108,000/year up to $135,000/year.

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations with hirify.global’s insurance and reinsurance carrier partners.
• Ensure seamless communication and data sharing with external carrier partners.
• Manage annual audits with all carrier partners and project manage implementation of any audit recommendations internally.
• Review contract wording with carrier partners and ensure compliance with carrier contracts and guidelines.
• Direct internal product development needs to support carrier partners better.
• Effectively collaborate and communicate carrier-driven needs and requirements with cross-functional teams (underwriting, claims, operations, product, engineering, etc.).

Requirements

• 5+ years of operational experience at an insurance carrier or MGA, and/or experience managing capacity relationships and operations at a reinsurance broker.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to formulate and articulate contractual, technical, financial, and operational needs with partners and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Self-directed and self-motivated; excellent communicator and collaborator.
