What you will do

• Create and maintain a clear view of the GTM systems ecosystem and drive a systems improvement roadmap.
• Identify tool redundancy and recommend consolidation strategies to reduce operational drag.
• Analyze end-to-end workflows to identify friction points and ensure systems enable execution.
• Define adoption standards and usage metrics for GTM tools, providing visibility on performance and outcomes.
• Partner with Sales Ops, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive operation of systems and programs.

Requirements

• 5–10 years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, GTM Systems, Growth Programs, or Business Operations in a scaling SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience evaluating and improving complex GTM tech ecosystems, including Salesforce.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that improved revenue performance and streamlined workflows.
• Strong partnership across Sales, Enablement, RevOps, Marketing Ops, and Data teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce, integrations, data flow, and process design.
