What you will do
- Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and long-term adoption strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders ranging from end-users to healthcare C-suite executives.
- Design and implement success plans to track business value and proactively resolve risks.
- Translate customer insights and operational feedback into roadmap priorities for Product and Engineering teams.
- Create internal tools and dashboards for worker forecasting and health score reporting.
- Drive customer advocacy through case studies, references, and strategic performance reviews.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Consulting or Healthcare Account Management.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Chelsea, NY office 4 days per week.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong ability to distill complex technical requirements into actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to navigate diverse stakeholder groups.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in an unstructured startup environment.
