Salary: $106,400 - $131,000

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of strategic GTM partnerships, including launch planning and stakeholder coordination.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams.
  • Develop and maintain enablement materials such as pitch decks, playbooks, and ROI summaries.
  • Monitor and synthesize key partnership KPIs to provide data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Draft business cases and executive materials to support new channel and pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in GTM strategy, partnerships, or Business Operations.
  • Must be located in the U.S.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-facing documentation.
  • Experience translating high-level strategy into clear operational execution plans.

Nice to have

  • Background in digital health, benefits, or healthcare partnerships.
  • Experience with payer, PEO, or channel-based GTM models.
  • Proficiency in building dashboards and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Experience supporting enterprise Sales or channel enablement.
