What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end execution of strategic GTM partnerships, including launch planning and stakeholder coordination.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams.
- Develop and maintain enablement materials such as pitch decks, playbooks, and ROI summaries.
- Monitor and synthesize key partnership KPIs to provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Draft business cases and executive materials to support new channel and pricing strategies.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in GTM strategy, partnerships, or Business Operations.
- Must be located in the U.S.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-facing documentation.
- Experience translating high-level strategy into clear operational execution plans.

- Experience with payer, PEO, or channel-based GTM models.
- Proficiency in building dashboards and analyzing performance metrics.
