TL;DR

Client Account Executive (B2B Services): Growing and retaining a book of mid-market advertisers by driving strategic conversations and campaign execution. Focus on performance analysis, solution-oriented storytelling, and building deep client relationships.

Location: Must work in person from the San Francisco office 1–2 days per week.

Salary: $114,700 - $160,500 USD

What you will do

  • Own and grow a book of mid-market advertisers, acting as the main point of contact for both clients and agencies.
  • Drive advertiser activation, retention, and revenue growth through thoughtful client consultation, performance analysis, and solution-oriented storytelling.
  • Initiate and lead strategic sales conversations using market trends, performance data, and industry context to advise clients on how to scale on hirify.global.
  • Work with Account Strategists to implement and optimize campaigns to achieve your clients’ advertising objectives across performance and brand campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on key campaign metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or paid social strategy.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel, auction dynamics, and digital advertising landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and visual.
  • Highly analytical; comfortable translating data into client-facing insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong understanding of performance measurement and attribution.
