Account Manager (AdTech)

Account Manager (AdTech): Managing client success on the SpringServe platform, building relationships and helping clients drive adoption, performance, and growth with an accent on understanding client's business goals and translating them into tailored platform setup. Focus on troubleshooting complex technical issues, analyzing performance data, and delivering actionable insights to optimize client strategy and execution.

Location: Hybrid Schedule (M/F remote, T/W/TH in-office) in Broomfield, CO.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 in Colorado, in addition to an annual variable bonus and company equity.

What you will do

• Own client success on SpringServe, building trusted relationships and helping clients drive adoption, performance, and growth.
• Assist in client onboarding, coordinating timelines, requirements, and testing in partnership with internal teams.
• Educate and advise clients on SpringServe functionality and ad tech best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and workflow issues, escalating effectively when needed.
• Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights, creating reports and recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer support and/or digital advertising.
• Experience with RTB/programmatic and digital advertising at an agency, adserver, DSP, or SSP is a plus.
• Knowledge of video advertising (including CTV), SQL.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Must be based in Broomfield, CO and work in a hybrid schedule (M/F remote, T/W/TH in-office).

• Knowledge of Python.
