TL;DR

Account Executive, SMB (SaaS): Responsible for new client acquisition and revenue growth with existing customers in zero-base accounts, helping them become more reliable organizations. Focus on sourcing and qualifying sales opportunities, handling negotiations, and forecasting to management within a specific geographic area.

Location: Encouraging three days a week in office for most roles.

Salary: $52,500—$65,000 USD for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates.

What you will do

  • Uncover new business opportunities and manage them through the sales cycle to closure.
  • Source and qualify sales opportunities, set customer expectations, handle negotiations, and forecast to management.
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and offer valuable solutions.
  • Understand key competitors and differentiate hirify.global’s solutions.
  • Identify and leverage contributors, leaders, and champions to drive the sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering to land and expand key accounts.

Requirements

  • Experience selling B2B software/SaaS or related technologies.
  • Ideally 2-3 years of software sales experience.
  • Track record of landing new logos using Value Selling and growing existing key accounts.
  • Experience generating new pipeline including sales-sourced pipeline.
  • Previous experience running sales presentations and demos.
  • Knowledge with Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions.
  • Fluency in English
