What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers to ensure maximum value from the advertising platform.
  • Provide expert consultative advice and best practices for social advertising across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key advertising partners.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to influence the internal sales process and product development roadmap.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Technical Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Contribute to the development of a world-class Customer Success organization by optimizing internal processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer success or customer-facing function.
  • Advanced knowledge of social advertising platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Proven ability to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and self-driven approach.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
