What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers to ensure maximum value from the advertising platform.
- Provide expert consultative advice and best practices for social advertising across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key advertising partners.
- Represent the voice of the customer to influence the internal sales process and product development roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Technical Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Contribute to the development of a world-class Customer Success organization by optimizing internal processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer success or customer-facing function.
- Advanced knowledge of social advertising platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.).
- Proven ability to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and self-driven approach.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
