What you will do

• Define and drive partnership strategy for consumer payments partners like neobanks, wallets, and remittance platforms.
• Build and own relationships to enable faster, cheaper on-chain payment flows.
• Guide partners on integrations for wallets, remittances, payouts, and money-movement use cases.
• Grow ecosystem of infrastructure providers, developers, and startups.
• Source, structure, and negotiate strategic collaborations and co-development.
• Represent partners internally to shape GTM priorities and develop onboarding playbooks.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences and ecosystem events.

Requirements

• Deep experience scaling business development or GTM at blockchain, API, or fintech infrastructure businesses.
• Proven track record sourcing and scaling partnerships with enterprises and startups.
• Experience scaling businesses across blockchain and fintech infrastructure.
• Comfort navigating complex organizations and aligning technical/business stakeholders.
• Experience with B2B or developer-adjacent products like APIs or partner platforms.
