What you will do
- Own the full renewal lifecycle for an assigned portfolio of existing customer accounts.
- Proactively engage customers 90–120 days prior to contract expiration to secure renewals and mitigate churn risk.
- Conduct consultative sales processes to align research and audit solutions with client business needs.
- Identify and convert opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase account revenue.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking within CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal sales and product teams to translate client requirements into functional specifications.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA and able to attend the office for 8 days/month.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to manage complex renewal cycles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- English proficiency required (verbal and written).
- Ability to travel independently 5–10% of the time.
