What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 200 customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet or exceed assigned renewal revenue targets and company goals.
  • Execute strategic negotiations to safeguard and grow the renewal revenue stream.
  • Drive timely and accurate renewal processes from quote to close.
  • Maintain consistent and precise deal progression updates in Salesforce.
  • Build and leverage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

  • At least 1+ year of sales experience in roles such as Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • Proven track record of success and high achievement in competitive, sales-driven environments.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility, curiosity, and a positive attitude.
  • Experience managing renewals or similar revenue-retention responsibilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or high-tech sales environments.
  • Background or knowledge in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience working with both Channel and Direct sales models.
