What you will do

• Own product strategy, feature roadmaps, and conduct feasibility/cost-benefit analyses to boost efficiency and cut costs.
• Research market trends, develop PRDs, and manage backlogs for features, bug fixes, and enhancements.
• Evaluate and roadmap AI enhancements including Agentic AI and ML model deployment aligned with enterprise standards.
• Leverage expertise in API Management, IBM ACE, TIBCO, and AWS for system integrations and third-party APIs.
• Analyze post-release metrics to optimize user experience and address pain points.
• Collaborate with Marketing, QA, and Project Management for launches, beta testing, and user training.
• Provide thought leadership by tracking industry trends and advising organization leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years hands-on product management experience with highly technical enterprise products.
• Proven experience with integration platforms: IBM ACE, TIBCO, API Management.
• Hands-on with AWS cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI platforms and AI/ML model deployment via APIs.
• Expert in Agile Scrum and Software Product Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Bachelor’s Degree in technical or business field (Product Management certification preferred).
• Superior analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence skills.
