Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
- 8+ years of experience as a contact center technology architect or senior developer with platforms like hirify.global Connect, Avaya, Cisco, or Genesys.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing NLP/NLU (IVR or chat) solutions at enterprise scale.
- 8+ years of hands-on coding experience with REST APIs and web services.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- AWS Professional-level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
- Proficiency in automation and scripting using Python or Terraform.
- Experience incorporating generative and agentic AI into contact center environments.
- Understanding of security and compliance standards such as HIPAA and GDPR.
