What you will do

  • Lead the AI deployment lifecycle from initial use case design to final user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Facilitate technical workshops with customers to align on key objectives, technical specs, and model configuration.
  • Drive successful customer engagements by managing customer deliverables, identifying risks, and providing clear communication to stakeholders.
  • Champion project management excellence by continuously improving the standardized AI deployment playbook.
  • Influence the product roadmap to ensure it remains customer-centric and evolves to meet customer requirements.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of project management, consulting, or professional services experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degrees (MBA or MS) preferred.
  • Experience managing technical projects from start to finish.
  • Expertise in leading workshops with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Hands-on technical experience contributing to use case architectural and machine learning design at a conceptual level.
