Salary: $109,500.00 - $138,500.00

What you will do

• Develop and execute a plan for the evolution of CS platforms and processes, including AI application and integration.
• Define tool goals, establish milestones, align on success criteria, and implement process improvements.
• Deliver high-impact experiences to internal and external stakeholders, scaling CS operations through automation and AI.
• Drive and manage customer playbook strategy and execution, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
• Build impactful client touchpoints enhancing product and service experience; provide success metrics and readouts.
• Proactively lead change initiatives and project management related to systems adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 5 years of equivalent experience in managing technology platforms and solutions.
• Experience with Totango and Salesforce highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence, lead, and motivate cross-functional teams toward common goals.
• Ability to align program activities with business objectives using CRM tools such as Totango.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and find practical solutions independently.
