What you will do

• Execute high-impact field marketing events targeting HR decision-makers in design offices.
• Deep dive into the bureau d'études market to build actionable insights and upskill the sales team.
• Develop tailored sales assets and pitch decks addressing specific sector challenges like CSR and retention.
• Build strategic relationships with industry federations such as Fédération CINOV and Syntec Ingénierie.
• Generate and qualify a business lead pipeline through networking and targeted partnership initiatives.
• Position the company as a thought leader through strategic collaborations and speaking engagements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B sales development.
• Full working proficiency in French is required.
• Advanced level in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Proven track record of executing targeted marketing campaigns and networking with C-level executives.
• Strong ability to measure ROI and impact of field marketing activities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building and driving initiatives from scratch.
