What you will do

• Define and execute the global SEO and conversion rate optimization strategy.
• Manage the WordPress ecosystem, including site architecture, performance, and template design.
• Implement technical SEO audits, keyword research, and backlink growth initiatives.
• Optimize content for emerging search platforms, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/AEO).
• Analyze site performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve conversion and traffic.
• Collaborate with product marketing and growth teams to align web presence with business goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SEO and website performance within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, CRO, and WordPress operations.
• Practical skills in HTML and CSS for layout troubleshooting and template editing.
• Proven ability to set KPIs, run site audits, and drive organic traffic growth.
• Familiarity with UI/UX optimization and accessibility standards.
• English proficiency required for global team collaboration.

• Experience in multi-product, multi-region, or PLG-driven organizations.
