What you will do

• Lead and coach the Insights and Foundational Core teams, focusing on identity, permissions, and analytics frameworks.
• Architect and oversee high-resiliency, multi-tenant services that form the bedrock of the product platform.
• Implement an AI-driven SDLC to improve engineering productivity and product innovation.
• Translate business strategy into clear, executable technical roadmaps and project milestones.
• Mentor senior engineers and Tech Leads to build a culture of craftsmanship and ownership.
• Drive improvements in scalability, system observability, incident response, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building scalable distributed systems.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and growing senior-level engineers.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native microservices and multi-tenant permission models.
• Proven track record of managing high-availability, zero-failure services.
• Experience driving complex roadmaps and ensuring predictable delivery.
• Strong perspective on utilizing Generative AI within engineering and product workflows.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of the AWS ecosystem.
• Experience with C#/.NET and Kubernetes.
