Salary: $250,000–$350,000

What you will do

• Oversee the design and operation of core platform systems, including storage, billing, observability, security, and APIs.
• Provide technical leadership and direction for platform and product feature development.
• Improve developer experience and internal workflows to increase team velocity.
• Guide the bridge between generative AI research and production modalities including video, audio, and image.
• Partner with product, design, and research leadership to align development with business objectives.

Requirements

• Track record of building, mentoring, and managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience shipping high-impact systems and products in production environments.
• Practical judgment for balancing technical depth with project management.
• Capacity to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in-person at the NYC HQ.
