What you will do

• Oversee daily IT operations and manage the company's SaaS portfolio, ensuring rationalized governance with SSO and SCIM provisioning.
• Define and execute a roadmap to accelerate IT maturity by deploying AI-assisted tools to automate access provisioning and hardware management.
• Champion technology-enabled opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and scalability while reducing manual toil.
• Provide leadership and direction to IT Systems Administrators and Help Desk staff.
• Develop and manage the corporate IT budget, evaluate vendor contracts, and procure software/hardware solutions.
• Partner with InfoSec to operationalize incident response and vulnerability management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in IT leadership roles within fast-growing tech companies.
• Proven track record of leveraging automation and AI to simplify processes and eliminate low-value work.
• Experience running IT operations for a remote-first, international workforce.
• Strong command of identity and access management (SSO, SCIM, MFA) and experience with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA).
• Capability to manage and optimize a broad portfolio of business applications and external vendors.
• Must be based in the United States.
