TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Sales/SaaS): Driving growth by generating and qualifying sales leads for an all-in-one beauty and wellness platform with an accent on outbound prospecting and market research. Focus on building high-quality sales pipelines, identifying key decision-makers, and collaborating with account executives to successfully transfer qualified opportunities.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester, UK (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through market research and outbound prospecting.
  • Perform inbound lead follow-up and high-volume cold calling.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain and expand the prospect database.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to strengthen the sales pipeline.
  • Assess and qualify leads before transferring them to Account Executives.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish proficiency is preferred alongside strong English skills.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or lead generation.
  • Strong phone presence and experience with high-volume calling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a hybrid environment with strong independent initiative.
  • Effective multitasking and time management capabilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the salon, spa, medical spa, or fitness industry.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
