What you will do
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through market research and outbound prospecting.
- Perform inbound lead follow-up and high-volume cold calling.
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Maintain and expand the prospect database.
- Collaborate with channel partners to strengthen the sales pipeline.
- Assess and qualify leads before transferring them to Account Executives.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish proficiency is preferred alongside strong English skills.
- Proven experience in inside sales or lead generation.
- Strong phone presence and experience with high-volume calling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a hybrid environment with strong independent initiative.
- Effective multitasking and time management capabilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in the salon, spa, medical spa, or fitness industry.
- Proficiency in additional European languages.
