What you will do

• Develop and deliver product demonstrations showcasing the EDRM lifecycle integrated with generative AI and machine learning.
• Present technical solutions to government agencies regarding FedRAMP, data sovereignty, and security controls.
• Lead structured evaluations of platform capabilities using real client data to prove efficacy.
• Manage technical responses for government tenders, addressing Section 508 accessibility and security specifications.
• Partner with Account Executives to convert technical requirements into successful client solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Litigation Support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of EDRM workflows and experience with platforms like Relativity, Everlaw, or CS Disco.
• Familiarity with SaaS and on-premises architectures and relevant compliance frameworks.
• Must have existing authorization to work in the US (No visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• SQL proficiency and exposure to forensic tools.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data formats.
• Industry certifications such as ACEDS, RCA, or hirify.global Genius.
• Knowledge of collaboration platforms like Slack, M365, and Google Workspace.
