What you will do

  • Define and achieve global sales goals in collaboration with the CEO and board.
  • Lead and scale the revenue organization, doubling the team headcount while maintaining operational agility.
  • Provide strategic oversight and active coaching on high-stakes enterprise deal pursuits.
  • Align marketing, partnerships, sales, and business development into a cohesive growth engine.
  • Drive the adoption of business value selling frameworks to position the platform as the essential operating system for live entertainment.
  • Ensure the revenue function utilizes a modern tech stack to enable data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a CRO in a high-scale environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading an organization with >50 ARR.
  • Proven track record of success within Vertical SaaS organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing teams across both North America and Europe.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a history of thriving in high-performance, fast-paced cultures.
  • Expertise in managing complex stakeholder landscapes and enterprise-level negotiation.
