What you will do
- Achieve revenue targets and goals for an assigned list of channel partners
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for channel expansion
- Recruit, train, and enable partners to effectively sell software solutions
- Work closely with internal account managers and partners on closing complex enterprise deals
- Perform account mapping and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct quarterly target setting and ongoing performance tracking
Requirements
- 10+ years of successful channel-focused sales experience
- Proven track record in enterprise software solution sales
- Must be located in the Netherlands
- Fluency in both English and Dutch
- Deep understanding of virtualization technology and IT infrastructure
- Strong team-working attitude for multi-cultural environments
Nice to have
- Experience with VMware and HyperV technologies
- Previous experience in software backup channel sales
