TL;DR

Business Development Executive (Fintech): Engaging prospective customers, understanding their needs, and winning new business within a defined territory with an accent on value-led sales approaches and building long-term customer relationships. Focus on representing hirify.global as a credible ambassador and sharing insights to improve products and customer experience.

Location: Hybrid in Leeds, UK. Must have a full UK driving licence.

Salary: Competitive basic salary plus commission, with typical on-target earnings of £50,000 in your first year.

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within your defined territory through outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet customers face-to-face to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Use effective, value-led sales approaches to win new business and achieve performance targets.
  • Develop a strong knowledge across hirify.global’s products and solutions.
  • Share insights from the field to help improve our products and customer experience.
  • Build positive, long-term customer relationships that support growth and retention.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role.
  • Confidence engaging with new people and building rapport.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset with resilience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Must have a full UK driving licence.
