What you will do
- Grow existing revenue streams and identify key contacts within existing accounts for upselling.
- Generate new revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing clients.
- Lead generation and increasing our stakeholder network.
- Exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Increase the hirify.global brand through networking and thought leadership.
- Record pipeline and forecast information in Salesforce CRM.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across the business.
Requirements
- Experience selling background screening / vetting / checking solutions; ATS sales experience is also beneficial.
- Proven track record in successful sales, including field sales.
- Experience working within a target environment.
- Experience selling to HR and People Managers is desirable.
