What you will do

• Grow the existing revenue stream by identifying key contacts within existing accounts and upselling accordingly.
• Grow new revenue by winning new logo business and from existing clients.
• Lead generation and increasing the stakeholder network.
• Exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Increase the hirify.global brand through networking and thought leadership.
• Record pipeline and forecast information in the Salesforce CRM system.

Requirements

• Experience selling background screening / vetting / checking solutions. Experience in ATS sales is also good.
• Proven track record in successful sales including field sales
• Experience of working within a target environment
• Experience selling to HR and People Managers is desirable
