Account Executive (Fintech)

TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Expanding hirify.global's customer base among accounting firms in the UK & I with an accent on building trust and strong relationships in the accountancy industry. Focus on understanding customer needs, identifying industry pain points, and articulating how hirify.global's solution addresses those needs.

Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of two days a week in the London office. Must be based in the UK.

What you will do

• Close new business with mid-market and top 10 accounting firms in UK&I.
• Prepare and run workshops with senior prospective clients.
• Develop and present business cases for business and IT stakeholders.
• Maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with your direct team to execute and improve the sales strategy.
• Forecast future sales and adapt to shifts in the market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales roles within the professional services and/or technology space.
• Experience in the Accounting industry or Fintech is a plus.
• Hands-on experience selling SaaS solutions with a strong grasp of cloud-based technology benefits.
• Experience building and nurturing relationships with C-suite and decision-makers.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English.
