What you will do
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closing for independent workers and small companies.
- Apply the hirify.global Smart & Soft selling method to provide a personalized, delightful prospect experience.
- Build and refine the sales playbook to optimize high-touch strategies and improve one-shot closing rates.
- Contribute to product improvements by sharing prospect feedback and enhancing the self-serve member experience.
- Collaborate with the team to refine tooling, processes, and overall sales strategy.
- Master insurance products to confidently handle objections and educate potential members.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record in closing.
- Full professional proficiency in French (C2 level) required.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and active listening skills combined with assertiveness.
- Positive attitude and passion for solving customer problems through empathy.
