Inbound Sales Manager (Fintech): Managing the full sales cycle for inbound leads from individuals and small businesses with an accent on consultative selling and customer experience. Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closing for independent workers and small companies.
  • Apply the hirify.global Smart & Soft selling method to provide a personalized, delightful prospect experience.
  • Build and refine the sales playbook to optimize high-touch strategies and improve one-shot closing rates.
  • Contribute to product improvements by sharing prospect feedback and enhancing the self-serve member experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine tooling, processes, and overall sales strategy.
  • Master insurance products to confidently handle objections and educate potential members.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record in closing.
  • Full professional proficiency in French (C2 level) required.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and active listening skills combined with assertiveness.
  • Positive attitude and passion for solving customer problems through empathy.
