What you will do
- Lead the deployment and optimization of the global CRM to ensure data integrity and pipeline visibility.
- Develop and refine standardized sales processes, templates, and workflows to drive operational excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between local sales teams and global departments like marketing, finance, and IT.
- Manage multi-country RFP contributions and ensure high-quality deliverables for international opportunities.
- Prepare agendas, briefs, and performance reports for key client interactions and leadership reviews.
- Analyze global account data to identify growth opportunities and monitor commitment follow-ups.
Requirements
- 5 years of overall experience in Sales, with at least 2-3 years in sales support or enablement and 2 years as a sales executive.
- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven working knowledge of CRM tools, specifically Salesforce or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-country matrix environment.
- Strong execution mindset with a focus on rigor, discipline, and reliability.
Nice to have
- Experience in international or multi-country B2B environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot.
- Professional proficiency in French.
