TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead the deployment and optimization of the global CRM to ensure data integrity and pipeline visibility.
  • Develop and refine standardized sales processes, templates, and workflows to drive operational excellence.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between local sales teams and global departments like marketing, finance, and IT.
  • Manage multi-country RFP contributions and ensure high-quality deliverables for international opportunities.
  • Prepare agendas, briefs, and performance reports for key client interactions and leadership reviews.
  • Analyze global account data to identify growth opportunities and monitor commitment follow-ups.

Requirements

  • 5 years of overall experience in Sales, with at least 2-3 years in sales support or enablement and 2 years as a sales executive.
  • Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven working knowledge of CRM tools, specifically Salesforce or equivalent platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-country matrix environment.
  • Strong execution mindset with a focus on rigor, discipline, and reliability.

Nice to have

  • Experience in international or multi-country B2B environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot.
  • Professional proficiency in French.
