What you will do
- Develop and implement strategies to drive high adoption, health scores, and retention across a portfolio of strategic B2B accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, ensuring customers derive maximum value from the hirify.global platform.
- Communicate customer insights and feedback to Product and Marketing teams to influence platform improvements and content strategy.
- Identify trends and develop scalable processes and playbooks to enhance the overall customer success function.
- Manage customer lifecycles including onboarding, adoption initiatives, and renewal processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth and support the delivery of measurable outcomes for complex financial clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within a SaaS environment.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory; German proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to manage B2B portfolios within accounting, finance, or fintech ecosystems.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with a focus on translating business workflows into technical value.
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
- Must be located in Luxembourg or able to work from the Luxembourg office on a hybrid basis.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM and Customer Success platforms such as Salesforce, Planhat, HubSpot, or Gainsight.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
- Background in product implementation or project coordination.
