What you will do
- Engage new and existing open-source users to demonstrate the value of the HashiCorp portfolio.
- Execute significant outbound activities using sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach.
- Manage full-cycle sales campaigns and install base customers in a high-paced environment.
- Target IT Operations, Development, and Security personas through value-based selling.
- Qualify inbound leads and queries while maintaining accurate business forecasts.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and mentors to refine sales strategy and professional skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in complex, full-cycle sales closing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual and quarterly sales targets.
- Demonstrated experience in managing both inbound and outbound sales motions.
- Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure software ecosystems.
- Strong executive presence with advanced communication and credibility skills.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting and business reporting.
