Location: Must be based in Germany, Switzerland, or the Netherlands.

What you will do

  • Lead, scale, and mentor a regional team of Account Executives to ensure consistent quota attainment.
  • Own the regional GTM strategy, revenue targets, and forecast accuracy for the EMEA North market.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expand brand presence within target cloud-native accounts.
  • Establish a data-driven sales culture by improving CRM hygiene and analyzing key sales performance metrics.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex enterprise deals, providing negotiation and closing support.
  • Collaborate with BizOps to refine internal dashboards, KPIs, and reporting processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Germany, Switzerland, or the Netherlands.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
  • 3+ years of experience leading quota-carrying account executives in a Cloud, Technology, or SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise sales motions and consistently meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong technical understanding of Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Established network and relationships within the Startup, VC, and Technology communities in EMEA North.
  • Experience scaling new enterprise sales motions.
  • Fluency in additional regional languages such as German, Dutch, or Swedish.
