What you will do
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new MSP clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with MSP clients, acting as their main commercial contact.
- Conduct discovery calls and present tailored hirify.global solutions to MSPs, negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Collaborate with Technical Success Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.
- Provide sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and client feedback to leadership.
- Stay informed on industry trends and position hirify.global as the preferred MSP solution.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Montréal, Canada with hybrid work (minimum 2 days onsite)
- 5+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in IT or MSP sectors.
- Strong sales skills including negotiation, objection handling, and closing.
- Understanding of IT environments, networks, and protocols.
- Fluency in English and business-level French required.
- Ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter for events and conferences.
