What you will do

• Partner with leadership to execute HR processes including performance management, compensation, and career pathing.
• Provide strategic business partnering and data-driven solutions for people-related initiatives.
• Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
• Act as a primary resource for employees regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Create and drive action plans to enhance employee engagement, recognition, and performance.
• Conduct objective investigations and ensure strict compliance with local employment laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) required.
• Minimum 3+ years of HR generalist or business partnering experience in a global company.
• Fluent English required (verbal and written); fluency in French and Spanish is required for one of the positions.
• Proficiency in HRMS software, Workday preferred.
• Strong influencing, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and dynamic environment.
