What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to Portuguese clients, designing and implementing modern talent management processes.
- Lead strategic onboarding and implementation projects for performance, goals, and engagement modules.
- Translate organizational strategies and challenges into tailored platform configurations and workflows.
- Guide HR teams in utilizing people analytics and data-driven decision-making tools.
- Support clients in adopting emerging HR trends, including AI integration and workforce planning.
- Manage a pipeline of consulting projects and collaborate cross-functionally to drive platform adoption and customer value.
Requirements
- Fluent Portuguese (native or near-native) and professional English proficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, HR technology implementation, or talent management.
- Strong expertise in talent management practices like performance reviews, engagement, and employee development.
- Proven ability to work with HRIS or Talent Management platforms.
- Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-growing SaaS environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in People Operations, payroll, or benefits administration.
- Background in digital HR transformation projects.
- Deep knowledge of the Portuguese HR market and labor context.
- Experience working with SMEs or scale-ups.
