What you will do

  • Partner with technical services leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Lead annual talent reviews, succession planning, and performance calibration cycles.
  • Manage complex employee relations and sensitive HR matters in compliance with local labor law.
  • Act as the senior People lead for the Madrid office, ensuring local alignment with global practices.
  • Coach leaders on feedback, development planning, and high-potential talent identification.
  • Drive cultural initiatives to foster an inclusive and high-engagement work environment.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience in a multinational B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
  • Strong experience in organizational design, talent reviews, and performance calibration.
  • Business-level fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law.
  • Proven ability to influence Director and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to be physically present in the Madrid office as part of a hybrid work model.
