TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid role with office attendance expected).

What you will do

  • Develop and implement a cohesive total rewards strategy aligned with regional business objectives and global guidelines.
  • Align regional compensation teams and CHROs to drive strategy adoption and consistency across all entities.
  • Define and optimize total rewards processes, emphasizing data insights, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Architect and implement reward systems and products to drive efficiency and transparency.
  • Manage regional benefits strategy and vendor relationships to maximize employee value proposition at an optimal cost.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into rewards workflows and data modeling.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Total Rewards within high-growth tech or multi-brand environments.
  • Hands-on expertise running pay review cycles in Workday or similar enterprise systems.
  • Deep understanding of job architecture, salary range structures, and pay equity methodologies.
  • Leadership skills in building and managing inclusive, high-performing regional teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to own solutions from ideation to delivery.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain.
