What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned distributors for daily operations and strategic planning.
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly GTM strategies for cloud and on-premise solutions.
- Onboard and train distributor sales teams on hirify.global tools, programs, and value propositions.
- Monitor and drive distributor sales pipeline, revenue growth, and key performance indicators.
- Orchestrate cross-functional account teams to ensure best-in-class partner experience and operational success.
- Oversee marketing budget execution and the implementation of promotional incentive campaigns.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Proven sales experience within a cybersecurity company.
- Deep understanding of channel and field sales models, specifically cloud market business.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing partner business plans.
- Proficiency in CRM applications, specifically Salesforce, and MS Office.
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
