What you will do

• Achieve revenue targets and goals for the assigned list of partners.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for channel development.
• Recruit, train, and enable VARs, CSPs, and MSPs.
• Collaborate with internal account managers to close large enterprise deals.
• Conduct account mapping and drive lead generation initiatives.
• Manage quarterly target setting, tracking, and recurring partner meetings.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of successful channel-focused software sales experience.
• Must be permanently located in Greece.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization, IT infrastructure, and storage vendors.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with top-tier channel partners.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Proactive business acumen with a team-oriented mindset.
