TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Fintech): Generating and qualifying new business opportunities with senior decision-makers across the UK&I with an accent on outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and calls. Focus on identifying customer pain points, building pipeline, and collaborating with Account Executives to drive new business growth.

Location: Must be based in the UK (London or Leeds) with a hybrid working model.

Salary: Β£30,784 – Β£43,200 (+ 100% OTE)

What you will do

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities with senior decision-makers.
  • Identify potential customer pain points and introduce the value proposition.
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, video, and phone calls.
  • Research and identify key stakeholders within the sales decision-making process.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to win new business.
  • Track and maintain all sales activity and progress in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Strong motivation to maximize activity and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to succeed.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in an outbound B2B sales role.
  • Customer-facing or target-oriented experience in recruitment, property sales, or B2C.
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce.
  • Background in a startup or FinTech environment.
