What you will do
- Proactively identify and engage prospective small business customers through outbound outreach and networking.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and present value-led solutions.
- Achieve performance targets while maintaining a high standard of professional representation in the field.
- Develop deep expertise in the product portfolio to offer relevant upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging, sales processes, and overall performance.
- Build long-term customer relationships and act as a credible ambassador for the brand.
Requirements
- Strong experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role, preferably in field sales.
- Fluency in English.
- Full UK driving licence is required for this field-based position.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills to effectively cover the territory.
