What you will do

• Define and execute the people strategy for the global CIO organization.
• Partner with CIO and leadership teams to align HR solutions with business strategy.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to drive talent, compensation, and diversity initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage a robust operating system within a matrixed global HR model.
• Analyze people data to provide strategic insights for talent strategy and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting executive leadership.
• Extensive background in compensation, talent management, and employee relations.
• Proven track record of supporting global teams, preferably in a technology environment.
• Demonstrated experience in highly matrixed organizations.
• Ability to present effectively to all levels of the organization.
• Strong data analysis skills for driving strategic workforce recommendations.
