Location: Hybrid position; must be based in or able to work from King of Prussia, PA or Boston, MA.

Salary: $167,150 – $200,000 USD per year, plus 20% bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Define and govern the global marketing KPI framework and attribution models.
• Align marketing measurement with pipeline, revenue, and corporate objectives.
• Oversee the development of executive-ready reporting and performance insights.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing analytics team.
• Partner with Sales Operations and Enterprise Data Management to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Drive the evolution of analytics through predictive modeling and AI-assisted insights.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, BI, or revenue performance in a B2B enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing data architecture, CRM, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
• Proven ability to lead analytics or BI teams and drive governance at scale.
• Experience translating complex analytical outputs into executive-level business insights.
• Technical fluency in data modeling, metric standardization, and analytics methodologies.
• Excellent cross-functional partnership and communication skills.
